Residency Requirement:
McDonald County has no residency requirement; however, certain designated positions require that the employee lives within a certain distance due to emergency/on-call situations.
Human Resources Responsibility:
The Human Resources Division is mainly responsible for payroll, accounts payable, benefits, compensation, contract negotiations, employee relations, workers compensation, and risk management.
Human Resources is not responsible for hiring or firing of any employee
